Understanding Basic CSS Structure
Here's a breakdown of CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) coding. I won't go over every single possible property and variable, but I will cover some of the basics to try to give an understanding of the structure and how to write a skin using this. Once you understand the simple layout of how the code works, then everything else will come very easily. If you know what CSS is, and what it's for, go ahead and skip to Writing the CSS.
