The overall layout and design is very calm, I ilke that.
You might want to match the glossy menubar to the rest of the site. I could imagine an eggshell surface or something matt like that. Also you could give the menubar a shadow or embedd in the backgrounf to integrate it more into the site. Right now it feels a little apart from the rest.
I'm a really big fan of the icons you used. Pictograms rock! Have you tried a bigger font? This small font gives it a crisp and form expression but is not very readable. Since you are theming a Wordpress-System you shoud focus a little on readabiltiy.
If think this critique is really Fair! A wordpress theme as you said, must be readable. But I have a possible explenation for the low sized font I used, I'm designing on a stupi 17'' CRT screen. Is quite difficult design big in a small screen like this. And our preception is that is OK, but when we see our designs in a wide-screen our opinion changes a lot. So I consider my design ready for small screens, but I know its time to change and start following the web trends. Thanks again for the critique, I'm very glad!
